In the auction listing, the bidding for each tree was set at 7,000 for a four-foot, 9-year-old Texas pine with a height of 7 feet (4,375 square feet) and a volume of 14 cubic feet (852 liters). The highest price paid for a tree was 10,800 for a tree that was 6 feet (1,500 square feet) with “only” 10 cubic feet, or 11.3 liters. This is about six times the size of a standard cubic meter of water (8,065 liters). This is a typical auction house auction. Instructions and Help about Trec seller's disclosure

Hey Keller Williams, I wanted to let you know that I shared the seller's disclosure template (Trek Sellers Disclosure) with all of our agents. If you don't already know how to apply a template, I'll show you real quick. First, go to one of your rooms. When applying templates, you need to go into envelopes, not documents. Click on "New" and make sure to change the envelope name to "Sellers Disclosure" for better organization. Now, let's add documents to the envelope. Choose "Use a template" and select the shared Trek Sellers Disclosure. Add the selected template. Next, we need to add recipients. Choose "Pre-tagged roles" and select "Seller One" for Sam Seller and "Seller Two" for my client, Sally Seller. Add the selected recipients. Please note that we have a signing order, but both sellers are currently in the first position. We need to make sure that Seller Two is in the second position because we want Seller One to receive and fill out the document first. Once Seller One finishes signing, an email will automatically be sent to Seller Two requesting their signature. In the email subject line, you can put any appropriate description. For this one, let's put "Sellers Disclosure." Click "Next" at the top right. The document is now ready to go. There is a text field that can be filled in (read-only on the client side). Let's put "123 Sesame Street, Austin" and click away. This information will appear on the top of every page. Before sending, let's check that all signatures and dates are in place. Once everything is in order, simply click "Send." The first client will receive the email and begin filling out and signing the document. To review the document as a client would see it, click on the document. Allow and...
